About the Role:

The Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the project team to achieve project goals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the project team in handling tenders and quotations.
  • Preparing ironmongery schedules for assigned projects.
  • Coordinating the permanent key and master key handover to users on site.
  • Attending site meetings and defecting works on site.
  • Collaborating with the project sales team to ensure timely updates to bills of quantities and assisting in project scheduling and installation of sample boards and mock-up samples as required.
  • Working closely with the logistics support team to ensure prompt deliveries according to schedule.
  • Assisting the finance department in following up payment from customers, ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted on time.
  • Liaising between customers and sales, logistics, and finance support teams to enhance customer service levels.
  • Managing Master Price Lists to ensure prices are promptly updated and distributed to the team.
  • Providing training to door installers for any installation work.
  • Liaising with ASSA ABLOY personnel to maximize customer service levels.
  • Promptly attending to customer enquiries and complaints.

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma or professional certification.
  • 1-2 years of experience.
