We are seeking a skilled Door and Digital Lock Specialist to join our team.

  • Job Summary:
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining doors and gates at residential and commercial properties, as well as digital locks and security systems.
    • Conduct site assessments to determine installation requirements and provide recommendations.
    • Perform basic troubleshooting and resolve technical issues with doors, gates and digital locks.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Install, repair and maintain doors and gates at residential and commercial properties.
    • Install, repair and maintain digital locks and security systems at residential and commercial properties.
    • Provide training and guidance to customers on the use of digital locks and security systems.
    • Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Requirements:
    • Basic technical skills and the ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
    • Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting and manual tasks.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
