Automated Door Specialist

To perform a variety of technical tasks, including the installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of automatic door systems. These responsibilities may involve the repair or replacement of existing doors as well as the upgrade of current systems.
The Automated Door Specialist will be responsible for carrying out scheduled and retrofitted maintenance of automatic door parts; mechanical, electrical and electronic. They will also be tasked with troubleshooting and conducting site checks on the automatic entrance, proposing recommendations for part replacements when necessary.
Additionally, this role involves providing site reports to clients detailing the completion of works, testing/commissioning, decommissioning and conducting risk assessments of all automatic entrance related systems and products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Propose upgrades of automatic door entrances as well as provide feasible solutions to clients' existing door entrances.
- Keep assigned service vehicles in good working condition, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
- Stay updated on product information and technical know-how for our products and competitor's products.
- Maintain all tools and equipment provided in a good working condition, exchanging them timely when tools/equipment are found damaged or reasonably worn out.
- Valid Class 3 Singapore Driving License is required.
- Relevant experience in related mechanical/electrical roles is necessary.
