Regional Hub Operations Director

The Regional Hub Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational management of the Hub, ensuring that all programmes are run in accordance with funding bodies' requirements and corporate governance standards. This includes managing and supervising Hub operations, providing trans- or multi-disciplinary case management inputs, and ensuring the safety and well-being of clients, staff, and operations.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Hub, ensuring efficient use of resources and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Programme Management: Develop and implement programmes that meet the needs of the community, including drop-in services, community engagement, direct care services, social enterprises, and employment development.
- Leadership Management: Provide guidance, mentoring, and supervision to Asst Managers, Senior Training Officers, and Clerical Officers on their duties.
- Degree in any discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Effective and good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Motivated and able to work independently.
