As a Contract Executive, you will be responsible for managing and administering procurement contractual agreements, maintaining and updating procurement associated contractual documentation and records, and communicating closely with the project team.
Key Responsibilities:- Conversant of contractual terms and conditions, particularly for Engineering, Procurement and Construction Works.
- Manage and control procurement contractual agreements.
- Maintain and update procurement associated contractual documentation and records.
- Communicate and work closely with the project team for preparation of the invitation of the request for proposal and administering of the purchase requisition and award consent.
- Supervise and guide procurement team, including procurement executives and admin personnel, for day-to-day procurement operations.
- Support Project Leads in budget monitoring.
- With experience in auditing and its procedures and compliances.
- Hands-on and comprehensive experience in procurement process and supporting (or leading) procurement functions, covering strategic sourcing and subcontracting.
- Good oral and written command in English and effective communication skills with all levels, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Good knowledge and vast exposure to Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract and Contract Law.
- At least 3 years working experience and either Degree in Law, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveyor.
- Or, those with Engineering/Technical Degrees in Chemical, Environmental, or Mechanical and 2 years in project contract administering role.
- Good knowledge and experience within various contracting associated with procurement management.
- Good analytical and negotiation skills.
- Preferably with comprehensive experience in water and wastewater industries, especially in Process and MEICA Works.
- Willing to work at west area.
