We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Professional to join our team as a Premium Service Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely completion of bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Document and process customer bookings accurately and efficiently.
  • Input export job reference into the system and verify vendor invoices.
  • Resolve special shipment requirements with shippers and keep sales personnel informed about their bookings.
  • Book shipments directly with shipping lines or our consolidation service and confirm space with shipping lines or our consolidation service.
  • Arrange trucking and collection of cargo if required by customers and notify shippers of any changes in vessel details or delay in arrival date.
  • Ensure cargoes are sent in good condition and report any damage to customers immediately.

Required Skills:
  • Maintaining accurate records and documents.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and Excel.
