We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized professional to join our team as a Loan Specialist.

This role involves handling loan applications, verifying customer information, and assessing each borrower's case. You will play a critical role in facilitating the loan application process for customers, ensuring their needs are met.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. They should be able to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a professional demeanor.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Customer Interaction: Deal directly with customers through various channels, providing exceptional service.
  • Loan Processing: Handle loan applications, obtain relevant documents, and verify the accuracy of customer information.
  • Borrower Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews to assess each borrower's case.
  • Contract Explanation: Clearly explain the terms and conditions of the loan to borrowers.
  • Documentation: Ensure that a copy of the Note of Contract and the duly-completed application form are provided to borrowers upon approval.
Requirements

The following skills and qualifications are essential for this role:

  • 4 'O' Level passes (including a grade C6 and above for English) or higher.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with great follow-up skills.
  • Literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • Self-motivated team player with good rapport.
