**Your role**
- We are looking for a loan specialist to:
- manage front to back lifecycle of a syndicated loan transaction and bilateral transaction, acting as the facility/security agent, arranger, account bank and/or lender
- review of loan documents and provide inputs to stakeholders on feasibility of loan structure from Operation's perspective. Loan documents are based on LMA or APLMA format. It can also be custom made loan documentations to suit the client’s requirements.
- perform administrative functions and processing on the loan facilities, billings to clients, drawdown/rollover, rate fixing, fee and interest payments
- monitor and maintain facility information in the various systems
- covenant monitoring for submission of information undertaking
- able to handle loan transfers / accession. Familiar with the transfer documents and process of transfers
- coordinate with syndicate lenders and clients on waiver requests, amendment exercise and all other matters
- ensure that controls and processes meet internal policies and regulatory requirements/expectations
- constantly improve processes, controls and efficiency within the group and front to back across loan lifecycle
- take part in loan remediation and loan system testing / migrations requirements/expectations
- prepare monthly loan portfolio reports and audit confirmation requests
- checking and maintenance of original documents (including completeness check, lodging and safe-keeping)

**Your team**
- You will be joining the Global Loan Services team based in Singapore, supporting the loan financing business of Global Banking. We provide front to back administrative support of the loan transaction, including giving constructive advice and solutions from an operation's perspective. We play an important role in effectively engaging with the clients, banks and relevant parties to ensure a well-coordinated workflow throughout the lifecycle of the syndicated deal.

**Your expertise**
- minimum 8 years of loans agency and administration experience
- broad experience and familiarity with credit agreements, including a good understanding of the loan/funding mechanics, deal structure, funds flows etc
- experience working with clients and bankers under time constraints to facilitate a transaction and process
- ability to collaborate with team members and senior management both within the line of business and across multiple stakeholders
- critical decision making capabilities including the ability to identify, escalate and propose solutions to problems
- broad experience of loan administration, payments and lending procedure
- meticulous in numbers and accuracy
- independent and adaptive to changes
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- able to work Australia hours to support the bankers located in Australia
