Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Loan Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will be based at Tampines and is a 12-month contract position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of home loans, including HDB and private residential properties. This will involve processing and checking new loan applications, documentation processing, safe-keeping of security documents, and liaison with external and internal parties.

Responsibilities:
  • Processing and Checking of New Home Loan Applications
    – Verifying loan applications to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Documentation Processing: Disbursement, Redemption and Service Requests
    – Managing loan disbursements, redemptions, and other service-related requests.
  • Safe-Keeping of Security Documents
    – Maintaining the secure storage of security documents via CLIMS.
  • Liaison with External and Internal Parties
    – Collaborating with solicitors, valuers, branches, contact centre, Mortgage Specialist centre, and other departments.

Requirements:
  • Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
    – No prior experience required, but a strong desire to learn and grow in the industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Excel/ MS Word)
    – Strong skills in data analysis, report writing, and communication.
  • Highly responsible, meticulous, and able to work well under pressure
    – Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
