Job Title: Senior Loan Operations Specialist

This role involves reviewing loan documentation for compliance and accuracy, ensuring timely completion of required documents, and coordinating with stakeholders on waivers and amendments. The position requires active participation in projects, UAT testing, and operational matters such as drawdowns, prepayments, and rate fixings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and ensure loan documentation is compliant and accurate
  • Ensure timely completion of required documents before disbursements
  • Coordinate with borrowers and lenders on waivers and amendments
  • Participate in projects, UAT testing, and operational matters
Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Finance, Accountancy, or related fields
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of corporate banking products and SWIFT payments is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player, diligent, meticulous, organized, and able to multitask
  • Open to learning and change
