Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer to maintain our company's HVAC systems and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities. This role involves working closely with technicians, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure compliance with site SOPs and environmental health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate HVAC maintenance tasks daily.
  • Monitor HVAC system performance regularly using building management systems and environmental data.
  • Manage regulatory compliance reporting, including water quality monitoring and documentation related to HVAC operations.
  • Operate and maintain various HVAC equipment, with particular focus on chillers and associated systems.
  • Act as the primary contact for HVAC-related facility management activities and participate in coordination meetings.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 3 years of relevant HVAC experience.
  • Experience working in manufacturing plants is a plus.
  • Ability to operate and troubleshoot chillers.
