Strategic Learning Leader Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our learning and organisational development strategy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business outcomes through impactful learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team of L&D specialists to design and deliver scalable learning strategies.
  • Develop and implement organisation-wide learning initiatives to drive engagement and strengthen culture.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to influence business decisions and drive meaningful change.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • At least 15 years of experience in Learning & Development and Organisational Development within large/matrix/multinational organisations.
  • Deep expertise in organisational development, employee engagement, and change management.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels.
