We are expanding and looking for a warm, professional, and service-oriented individual to be the first face our clients see when they walk in.
Your Key Responsibilities:
As our Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the heart of our client experience. You will handle daily front desk operations, manage appointments, and ensure every client is welcomed with a smile.
Key Tasks:
Greet and welcome clients with a professional and friendly attitude
Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, and online enquiries
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Support administrative tasks and daily operational needs
Coordinate closely with team members
Promote packages or services when needed (training provided)
Requirements:
Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills
Able to speak English and basic Mandarin (for Chinese-speaking clients)
Service-oriented, responsible, and well-organized
Prior experience in reception/customer service is an advantage
Familiar with beauty or wellness industry is a plus
Able to work on weekends and shifts
