Job Title: MongoDB Developer

We are seeking a skilled MongoDB Developer to join our team at Unison Consulting Pte Ltd. As a MongoDB Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our MongoDB databases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop database structures and optimize queries for MongoDB databases to ensure high performance.
  • Implement and manage database setups, ensuring data integrity and adherence to business requirements.
  • Write efficient queries for performance improvements and maintain database schema.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate MongoDB with backend services and applications.
  • Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
  • Develop and execute database backup and recovery strategies.
  • Ensure security measures and data privacy compliance are in place for database systems.
  • Document database processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in database management and NoSQL technologies.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in MongoDB development and administration.
  • Strong proficiency in MongoDB query language and aggregation framework.
  • Solid understanding of NoSQL databases and their advantages.
  • Experience with data modeling and designing databases for applications.
  • Proficient in JavaScript or another programming language for backend development.
  • Familiarity with Mongoose or similar ODM libraries.
  • Understanding of database tuning and optimization techniques.
  • Experience with cloud databases, especially on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
