Job Title: Advanced Analytics Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Analytics Expert to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge algorithms for data mining, machine learning, and natural language processing.

About the Role

The Advanced Analytics Expert will work on advancing fields such as reasoning, multi-modality, and multi-lingual systems. You will contribute to solutions that improve risk and safety measures, enhance customer support, personalize user experiences, and boost internal productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Implement post-training and optimization tasks for large language models, including fine-tuning, distillation, performance evaluation, and low-resource training.
  2. Handle domain-specific data processes such as data collection, cleaning, labeling, augmentation, and synthetic data generation for model improvement.
  3. Design and develop systems that integrate reasoning, multi-modal processing, multi-lingual modeling, and AI agent behavior for real-world applications.
  4. Deploy LLM-based applications in different scenarios, including risk control, customer support, personalization, and internal productivity use cases.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience with advanced machine learning and deep learning principles.
  • Proficiency in large-language-model post-training techniques such as SFT (Supervised Fine-Tuning) and DPO (Direct Preference Optimization).
  • Experience in managing large-scale training data, including processes for cleaning, labeling, augmentation, and generation of domain-specific datasets.
  • Expertise with Python programming along with competency in widely-used deep learning frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English to articulate technical achievements and collaborate with global teams.
