Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Operations Research, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in data and analytics roles.
  • Deep expertise in machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and deep learning.
  • Hands-on experience building and managing model pipelines for testing, training, and deployment.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps tools.
  • Ability to handle complex structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
  • Proven ability to evaluate models, apply responsible/ethical AI frameworks, and implement controls to manage AI risk.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills — able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of SDLC standards, data integration, application security, and scalable design principles.
