Job Description:

The Patient Service Associate role is an entry-level position that requires minimal experience. This healthcare professional will be responsible for preparing patients for examinations, responding to patient inquiries via phone calls, and informing patients of their financial responsibilities.

  • Prepare patients for examination by ensuring they are comfortable and prepared for the procedure.
  • Respond to patient phone call queries in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Inform patients of their financial responsibilities, including any outstanding balances or payment plans.

Responsibilities also include preparing and filing patient forms, verifying and updating patient information, and assisting doctors and nurses as needed. Additionally, this role involves scheduling appointments for patients and managing the flow of patients through the office.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Min GCE N/O/A Levels / Diploma and above are required for this position. Keen interest in the healthcare/medical industry is essential, as well as basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Full training will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary. The successful candidate must be able to start work immediately and have excellent communication skills.
