Healthcare Support Associate

We are seeking a caring and organized Healthcare Support Associate to join our team at our GP clinic in Tampines. Our friendly and supportive environment provides an ideal setting for someone looking for a meaningful work experience in healthcare without the fast-paced corporate style.

This is a Permanent Part-Time position that offers flexibility and stability. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow with our team, working closely with families, seniors, and children in our community.

Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk and Patient Support
  • Patient Registration: Assist with patient check-in and medical record updates
  • Appointment Scheduling: Manage bookings and coordinate follow-ups
  • Customer Service: Address patient inquiries in a polite and professional manner
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also be able to multitask, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy in data entry.
