Job Title: Healthcare Support Associate

Description:
This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of patients. As a healthcare support associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our therapy department. Your responsibilities will include performing patient intake tasks, preparing equipment and treatment rooms, and assisting patients with mobility and transfers. You will also be responsible for documenting client responses to treatment and updating client files.

Requirements:
We are seeking an individual with previous experience in a healthcare environment. Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, is essential. Additionally, we require exceptional organizational and time management skills, as well as superb interpersonal, communication, and collaboration abilities. A keen attention to detail and a caring nature are also essential requirements for this role. Finally, you must be able to perform tasks that require physical strength and be willing to work long hours, including weekends and public holidays.
