MyCareersFuture is seeking a highly skilled SAP HR Payroll Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance on SAP Payroll HR application maintenance to our IBM installed bases.
Key Responsibilities- Provide SAP Payroll HR application maintenance support to IBM installed bases, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing for over 40,000 employees.
- Liaise with IBM installed bases HR regarding payroll-related incidents, analyze issues, and provide timely fixes.
- Understand new requirements from installed bases, conduct impact analysis, develop solutions, and justify effort estimates.
- Present solutions and answer client queries on various payroll scenarios, including system effects on changes to UEN, cross-company charging, retro claims, benefits claims, part-time to full-time conversions, and additional wages/over-time computations.
- Design and implement accepted solutions, conduct system integration testing, support UAT, perform data migration, validate migrated data, and perform cutover to prepare for go-live.
- Support all new statutory requirements or company policy changes impacting HR/Payroll.
- Implementation/support experience with Payroll module (at least 3 projects).
- Proficient in gathering and assessing requirements from business owners.
- Experience in designing and building software solutions that meet client requirements, including configuration, testing, training, and data migration.
- Building effective working relationships with the business, understanding their issues, concerns, and priorities.
- Leading and/or participating in business process analysis, testing, system cutover, documentation, and training of system functionality.
- Analyzing change in light of current business processes, assessing impact on other SAP modules.
- Partnering with other functional and technical teams to ensure quality delivery.
- Following standards and best practices in the delivery of solutions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, business, Computer Science, or related field.
- At least 3+ years of working in SAP HR Abap Development and payroll projects.
- Possess excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented.
- Ability to work collaboratively and productively with globally dispersed teams.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, yet producing tangible results.
- Ability to effectively manage challenging situations without loss of focus when under pressure.
- SuccessFactors Certifications are an added advantage.
