Psychiatric Rehabilitation Home (PRH) Setup & Management

  • Oversee the planning, setup, and operations of the new company.
  • Develop and implement structured daily programs and activity plans for residents.
  • Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high-quality mental health support and care.
  • Manage the admission and discharge processes, addressing resident concerns and monitoring progress.
  • Develop and manage the company operating budget, monitor performance indicators, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Build community outreach programs to foster awareness and engagement.
  • Work closely with healthcare providers and community stakeholders to ensure integrated and coordinated care.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for quality improvement and implement new models of care where relevant.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a managerial or project leadership role.
  • Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to oversee multiple initiatives and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, reporting, and vendor coordination.
  • Passionate about healthcare innovation and improving resident outcomes, especially in mental health and community care.
