Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end product engagements, from discovery to implementation planning
  • Align product solutions with strategic objectives and balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate complex product and technology challenges
  • Champion product and engineering best practices that support scalability, sustainability, and measurable impact
  • Mentor product managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth
  • Represent the practice in cross-agency forums, communities of practice, or thought leadership events

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, consulting, or related roles, with a track record of leading complex initiatives across industries or public sector settings
  • Strong systems thinking and ability to connect business strategy to product execution
  • Deep understanding of agile methodologies, product discovery, user research, and iterative delivery
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills; confident engaging with C-level stakeholders and frontline teams alike
  • Strong influence and collaboration skills, with experience working across organizational boundaries
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to create impact for public good
