ERP Transformation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced ERP Transformation Specialist to lead our regional rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). This is a hybrid functional-technical role that will oversee the implementation, configuration, and technical operations of D365 F&O across multiple entities in Asia.

  • Spearhead the regional rollout of D365 F&O, ensuring standardization while addressing local compliance needs.
  • Configure Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash & Bank, Project Accounting) and Supply Chain modules (Procurement, Inventory, Sales & Distribution, Warehousing).
  • Execute system configurations, workflows, security roles, and batch jobs in line with business requirements.
  • Assist with integrations between D365 F&O and external systems via Data Entities, OData, and APIs.
  • Support data migration activities, including cleansing, validation, and reconciliation during cutover.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to ensure proper environment management, version control, and deployments.
  • Perform technical and functional testing during SIT, UAT, regression, and validate integration points.
  • Develop and maintain functional-technical documentation (FDDs, test scripts, user guides, configuration logs).
  • Monitor system performance, error logs, and batch processes, identify bottlenecks, and coordinate fixes.
  • Support report development (SSRS, Power BI) and assist Finance/Supply Chain teams with reporting needs.
  • Provide Tier-2 system support, troubleshoot issues at both application and integration level, and escalate to vendors or Microsoft when necessary.
Requirements
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, or related discipline.
  • Proven experience as a System Analyst, Application Analyst, or Functional Consultant in D365 F&O or Dynamics AX.
  • Strong functional knowledge in Finance & Supply Chain modules, with hands-on configuration experience.
  • Technical exposure to integrations, data migration, workflows, and security role management in D365 F&O.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps (version control, release pipelines) and system environment management.
  • Knowledge of reporting tools (Power BI, SSRS) and SQL query handling for analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, able to analyze both business and technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working across multiple countries and teams.
