Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director to lead our Wholesale SEA Cluster team. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will be responsible for driving profitable market share and net sales growth of Global Multi KA, Other multi/Fashion, Sports Specialty, Direct sales Accounts in SEA Cluster.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies for sustainable and profitable growth of the adidas Group brands in the Wholesale SEA Cluster.
  • Lead a team of account managers to deliver sales turnover, margins, and contribution while managing sales expense within planned levels.
  • Manage all Multi accounts, including GKA, Multi/Fashion, Sports Specialty, and Direct Sales, to ensure the best possible Net Sales result.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and develop action plans to address them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business strategies.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

Requirements

  • University degree in business with marketing and sales focus.
  • Minimum 10-12 years of sales experience within large sales organizations, ideally in footwear/apparel/fashion industries or FMCG industries.
  • At least 8 years' experience of people and operational management.
  • Exposure to Sports, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
  • Advanced MS Office Skills.
