About the Role

This exciting position offers a chance to join a dynamic team in Research and Development, focusing on product development and application for dairy-related products. The successful candidate will be based at our Global Technology and Innovation Centre in Singapore.

As part of the RDA team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.

  • Develop and optimize formulations for dairy applications, including beverages, yoghurt, cream, and similar products.
  • Apply functional ingredients in dairy matrices to achieve sensory, nutritional, and shelf-life targets.
  • Conduct pilot trials, bench-top experiments, and sample making to translate customer or market needs into technical solutions and prototypes.
  • Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and regulatory teams to ensure project success.
  • Provide technical support to customers, including capability presentations, troubleshooting, and on-site application support as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Kerry Technologies, trends, scientific developments, and regulatory changes in the dairy industry.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food or Process Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field within Applied Sciences.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in dairy product development and application, including but not limited to dairy beverages, yogurt, cream, and similar products.
  • Practical experience operating laboratory and pilot-scale dairy processing equipment.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning about ingredients and recipe formulation.
