Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled leasing professional to oversee the leasing department and drive business growth.

  • Lead and manage the leasing team to achieve set targets and expectations.

  • Develop and implement leasing trade mix plans in collaboration with senior management and cross-functional teams.

  • Collaborate with cluster leasing teams to ensure productivity and effective execution of plans.

  • Optimize occupancy, revenue, and financial KPIs of the mall.

  • Handle lease negotiations, renewals, and administration scope.

  • Source new concepts and prospects relevant to the mall's positioning.

  • Negotiate and monitor terms of lease agreements.

  • Analyze retail market trends and provide insights to inform business decisions.

  • Conduct feasibility studies to enhance the financial standing of the mall.

  • Prepare budgets, marketing, and financial reports.

  • Ensure timely submission of leasing documentation and compliance with SOPs.

  • Manage tenant relations and partnerships.

  • Guide and nurture leasing team members to unlock their potential.

  • Foster strong teamwork with operations, marketing, cluster malls, and core functions.

Key Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate Management with at least 4 years of relevant experience.

  • A keen understanding of the Singapore retail and shopping malls' landscape.

  • Strong planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • A proactive, self-driven, analytical, resourceful, and service-oriented mindset.

  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
