Job Opportunity: Training Admin
Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated individual to support our daily training program and Learning & Development initiatives for internal staff. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering solutions on training programs across various markets.
The successful candidate will attend to training enquiries arising from employees, HR stakeholders and day-to-day Academy operations. Additionally, you will participate in process improvement projects to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of training administration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail along with an open and investigative mindset is essential.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues at both high-level and detailed perspectives.
- Team Player: Excellent communication, partnering, and influencing skills to work effectively within a team environment.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
- Self-Starter: High motivation level to drive personal and professional growth.
- Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of Excel software.
