
Experienced Property Systems Manager Wanted

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team as an experienced Property Systems Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, technical systems, and project coordination.
The role involves supervising maintenance and installation activities of the property systems and facilities. This includes ensuring proper functioning and safety of mechanical, electrical, and civil components.
- Maintenance Management: Supervise and coordinate with contractors and vendors for upkeep of sports facilities, façades, and landscaped areas.
- Project Coordination: Manage timelines, budgets, and contractor deliverables for project success.
- Tech Support: Provide technical support to the leasing team with regards to newer amenities like EV chargers and recreational facilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising maintenance and installation activities of property systems and facilities.
- Ensuring proper functioning and safety of mechanical, electrical, and civil components.
- Managing vendors and contractors for upkeep of sports facilities, façades, and landscaped areas.
- Coordinating timelines, budgets, and contractor deliverables for project success.
- Providing technical support to the leasing team.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Building Services, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in property management, with exposure to technical systems.
- Skills: Proven experience in managing or coordinating solar PV systems, building façade repairs/painting, sports/recreational facilities, hydroponic farming setups, and EV charger installations.
- Knowledge: Good understanding of building safety codes, preventive maintenance, and sustainability trends.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
