Are you an experienced property expert seeking a challenging role in facility management? Our organization is currently looking for a seasoned professional to oversee the maintenance and installation of property systems and facilities.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years' experience in property management with technical exposure, preferably in solar PV systems, façade works, sports facilities, hydroponics, and EV chargers. A diploma or degree in Property Management, Building Services, Engineering, or related field is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the maintenance and installation of property systems and facilities, including solar PV systems, façades, landscaping, and sports facilities.
  • Manage vendors and contractors for various projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Support project implementation, including EV chargers, solar panels, façade repainting, and hydro farming.
  • Oversee solar PV system monitoring, maintenance, and issue resolution.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain records of maintenance, utilities, and contractor performance.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Property Management, Building Services, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–4 years' property management experience with technical exposure.
  • Experience with solar PV, façade works, sports facilities, hydroponics, EV chargers.
  • Knowledge of safety codes, preventive maintenance, and sustainability trends.
  • Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; CMMS/property software is a plus.
