Technical Salesforce Professional

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team in a key role within our organization.

About the Role

The Technical Salesforce Professional is responsible for maintaining and securing existing Salesforce applications, as well as creating new applications and providing technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering enterprise CRM projects and possess strong experience with Salesforce customization, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot incidents and integration-related issues.
  • Fulfill service requests such as report generation, data extraction, and data patching.
  • Manage and administer the Salesforce application, including user and license management, record archiving, sandbox provisioning, configuration, and security.
  • Collaborate on system design and technical solutions.
  • Support deployment of software packages to various environments.
  • Analyze business requirements and implement end-to-end solutions.
  • Translate end-user requirements into technical documentation.
  • Develop and enhance Salesforce capabilities using Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, HTML, and JavaScript.
  • Recommend new Salesforce products and features to optimize platform usage.
  • Develop, test, and document implementation work thoroughly.
  • Work within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in Salesforce administration and development, including Sales and Service Cloud.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce customization, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Proven track record in delivering enterprise CRM projects.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer 1 & 2 (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Lightning development, Apex, Visualforce, and API integrations.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data, and security models.
  • Experience with asynchronous Salesforce processes and Lightning Flows.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and development frameworks.
  • Experience with Salesforce products like CPQ, Einstein Analytics (preferred).
  • Understanding of Salesforce governor limits and change management.
  • Experience with tools like AutoRABIT CI/CD (preferred).
  • Knowledge of middleware tools like MuleSoft (a plus).
