Job Title: Global Partnership Specialist

The Walt Disney Company seeks a dynamic individual to join our Corporate Alliances team as a Global Partnership Specialist. As part of this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic marketing relationships with top global brands.

Description:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, partnership management, and contract negotiation. With a strong background in project management and multitasking, you will be able to execute complex plans and deliver desired outcomes. Your exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with your ability to develop creative storytelling, will enable you to effectively engage with senior-level and C-suite individuals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing partnerships with top global brands
• Manage and negotiate complex contracts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for innovation and growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in business development, partnership management, or a related field
• Proven track record in contract negotiation and agreement execution
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
