About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Thin Film Module Engineer to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle on-duty tasks and conduct fundamental alarm troubleshooting; identify root causes and solve critical equipment issues with urgency.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CVD and CMP tools to ensure stable and efficient operation. Diagnose and resolve malfunctions quickly to minimize downtime.
  • Execute tool handovers and maintenance reporting per cleanroom standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to improve tool performance and availability.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors or contractors for parts replacement and technical support.

Requirements:
We are looking for candidates with a strong background in electrical and electronics engineering, mechanical engineering, or related fields. Experience in a 12'' (300mm) fab environment is highly preferred. Additionally, successful applicants will possess excellent problem-solving skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for this role.
