Job Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled and innovative professional to join our team as a Thin Film Module Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for improving tool performance and availability in the Thin Film module.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Troubleshooting fundamental alarms and identifying root causes with urgency.
  • Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on CVD and CMP tools to ensure stable operation.
  • Executing tool handovers and maintenance reporting according to cleanroom standards.
  • Collaborating with engineering teams to improve tool performance.
  • Managing spare part inventory and coordinating with vendors for parts replacement and technical support.

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Experience in a 300mm fab environment is highly desirable.

You should possess excellent problem-solving skills, hands-on technical ability, and a willingness to work flexible shifts. Additionally, you will need good interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate across functions and geographical teams.
