Role Summary
You will focus on improving tool performance and availability, maintaining equipment, diagnosing failures, and implementing solutions to meet uptime and cycle time requirements in the Thin Film (CVD/CMP) module.
Key Responsibilities
Handle on-duty tasks and conduct fundamental alarm troubleshooting; identify root causes and solve critical equipment issues with urgency.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CVD and CMP tools to ensure stable and efficient operation. Diagnose and resolve malfunctions quickly to minimize downtime.
Execute tool handovers and maintenance reporting per cleanroom standards.
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve tool performance and availability.
Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors or contractors for parts replacement and technical support.
Operate in shifts in a 24/7 fab environment.
Education & Experience
Diploma or higher in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or STEM-related fields.
Experience in a 12’’ (300mm) fab environment is highly preferred.
Skills & Attributes
