We’re searching for a **Associate Engineer **to be part of our **CMP Equipment **Department diverse team of talent. You will be responsible to assist the Engineers to improve and sustain equipment performance and Cpk indices to meet operations goals

**What you will be working on**:

- Perform 12-hour shift duties to support the running of Production in the Module and ensure equipment readiness and worthiness for production
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) and calibration on a timely basis
- Assist Engineers in the installation and hook-up of new equipment
- Trouble-shoot equipment-related issues and minimize equipment downtime
- Assist in implementing process improvement projects
- Assist new Associate Engineers on their On-The-Job-Training (OJT) by acting as their buddy
- Participate in QIT programs to improve productivity and output quality of the Module, and constantly monitor and feedback to Engineers to improve performance of equipment to meet Module objectives
- Maintain good housekeeping in the production area, ensuring good safety practice and also safe custody of tools, equipment and other properties belonging to the Module

**More about you**:

- Min 2 years of relevant working experience
- Direct experience in CMP Equipment will be advantage
- Willing to work in 12-hours shift
