This includes event preparation, logistics, and administrative support, as well as coordinating with logistics forwarders and couriers for shipment and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sales and marketing events, including event preparation, logistics, and administrative tasks.
  • Pack, order, and replenish promotional materials from suppliers.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including printing, photocopying, filing, and ordering stationery and marketing supplies.
  • Coordinate with logistics forwarders and couriers for shipment and delivery.
  • Assist with other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Graduating students with a Diploma in Business Administration or relevant field of studies.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail, proactive, self-motivated, and willingness to learn.
  • Good customer-focused and results-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to coordinate and work with colleagues across departments and countries.
