We are seeking a skilled and experienced Trading Systems Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-performance, mission-critical support for our proprietary trading systems.
The role involves maintaining a healthy trading environment and providing on-the-floor technical support. Additionally, the TSE will work on longer-term engineering projects collaborating closely with traders, researchers and developers to ensure maximum trading profitability by contributing to scalable, efficient, performant, clean systems and well-defined workflows.
The successful candidate will have experience working in trade support, site reliability engineering or related fields. A Bachelor's degree in a STEM field is preferred, with knowledge of Linux/Unix environments, database usage and scripting languages. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in high-pressure situations are essential for this role.
