About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager, Concession Schemes to join our team at Careers@Gov. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in designing and reviewing policies regarding the administration and implementation of public transport concession schemes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and review policies to ensure the effective administration and implementation of public transport concession schemes.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders in the public transport industry to safeguard the interests of concession cardholders and ensure responsible and financially prudent administration of concession schemes.
  • Seek ways to constantly improve the user experience of concession cardholders at every stage of the customer journey, from ticketing to usage of public transport services.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in any discipline.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in project administration and/or policy is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and writing skills.
  • Able to conceptualise, articulate, and operationalise policies and initiatives.
  • Self-motivated, able to work well under pressure and tight timelines.
  • Meticulous with an eye for detail.
  • Able to manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly adaptable, independent, positive team player who can multi-task.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
