BIM Leadership Opportunity

Our company is seeking a seasoned BIM Strategist to lead our team and drive innovation in the field of Building Information Modeling.

  • Manage BIM-focused projects ensuring adherence to industry standards and project requirements, fostering collaboration among multidisciplinary teams.
  • Develop and enforce BIM Execution Plans maintaining project consistency and quality, driving efficiency and productivity.
  • Integrate BIM into Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD), Virtual Design Construction (VDC), and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) processes, enhancing design and construction workflows.
  • Generate clash reports and lead BIM coordination meetings with clients and consultants, facilitating effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Oversee multidisciplinary coordination including Phase Planning (4D) and Cost Estimating (5D), streamlining project timelines and budgets.
  • Troubleshoot model issues and projects ensuring timely resolution, minimizing delays and costs.
  • Lead the BIM team providing mentorship and support to enhance team performance, promoting professional growth and development.
  • Guide architects on implementing effective BIM strategies and technologies, driving design innovation and excellence.
  • Plan and resource delivery aspects of projects ensuring efficient execution, optimizing project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Specialist Diploma in BIM or equivalent architectural degree, demonstrating expertise in BIM principles and practices.
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in BIM management, showcasing leadership skills and industry knowledge.
  • Proficient in Singapore BIM Standards, ensuring compliance with local regulations and best practices.
  • Strong commitment to staying updated with the latest BIM developments and continuous improvement, driving innovation and excellence.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of BIM processes tools and technologies, enabling effective implementation and integration.
  • Ability to work in a challenging fast-paced environment, adapting to changing project requirements and deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration and issue resolution among team members and stakeholders.
