Job Title: Drafting / Building Information Modeller

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Drafting/Building Information Modeller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed building information models using Revit software.


Responsibilities
  • Create detailed building information models using Revit software.
  • Develop construction drawings and tender documents.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure designs meet requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Design) or equivalent.
  • Fresh Graduate with Intern experience.
  • 3-5 years Experience in AutoCAD, design development, tender and construction drawings.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD & Revit.
  • Knowledge of designing Fire Sprinkler system and Fire Alarm systems is an added advantage.
