We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Professional to join our team.
Job Description:This is a full-time role for an Account Executive cum Admin. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts, preparing financial reports and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
- Responsible for Accounts Receivable, Account Payable & General Ledger
- Assist in preparation and closing of management accounts reporting.
- Responsible for quarterly reports & GST submission
- Co-ordination and support of year-end audits, tax filing and company secretarial matter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounting Data entry
- Liaise with supplier / forwarder for imports, shipments losses / survey & cost verification
- Process staff reimbursement and claim forms.
- Oversee the contracts and documentations of the operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or LCCI in Accounting
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
