Highly Skilled Financial Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Professional to handle financial matters for our Indonesian subsidiaries.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve the finance function of our Indonesian group of subsidiaries.
- Analyse and interpret financial data to recommend changes to policy, processes, and systems to improve financial performance.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing and financial reporting.
- Prepare and close monthly and annual financial statements.
- Oversee all accounting functions and tasks.
- Consolidate accounts for 2 sub-group entities.
- Coordinate with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, corporate secretaries, lawyers, consultants, investors, and others.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher (CA/CPA/MBA preferred).
- Experience working in a regional role with exposure to multinational organizations and legislations in various APAC countries.
- Proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Strong analytical skills with structured thinking capabilities.
- Good knowledge of IFRS and experience providing analysis of transactions and other events under IFRS.
- Experience consolidating group accounts preferred.
- 4-5 years' relevant working experience (Big 4 audit firm experience preferred).
- Good written and verbal English skills, confident communicating across all levels within and outside the organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
