Job Role:
As a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Receiving and inspecting incoming materials or goods against delivery orders and invoices.

2. Entering and updating stock movements and transactions accurately in SAP software.

3. Coordinating storage and retrieval of goods while ensuring proper labeling and documentation.

4. Issuing materials based on job orders or requisitions and recording transactions in SAP software.

5. Monitoring stock levels and generating regular inventory reports using SAP and Excel spreadsheet software.

6. Conducting periodic stock counts and assisting with annual physical inventory checks.

7. Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and orderliness in the warehouse area.

8. Collaborating with procurement, project, and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability.

9. Handling documentation for material returns, transfers, and disposals according to company policies and regulations.

10. Ensuring compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and audit requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful as a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

1. Minimum GCE O-Level, NITEC, or equivalent qualification.

2. Proficient in SAP (MM or WM module) for inventory and material tracking.

3. At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations and logistics management.

4. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel spreadsheet software.

5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory records.

6. Good organizational and time management skills.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
