Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Strategic Facilities Director to lead our facilities operations. As a key member of our team, you will oversee facility management, ensuring compliance and promoting safety and best practices across the organization.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of facilities management to ensure efficient operation of all facilities
  • Oversee preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime
  • Ensure fire protection systems are in place and functioning correctly
  • Manage property, including contracts, and electrical, building services, and mechanical engineering
  • Monitor compliance with regulations and laws

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a strong background in facilities management. The ideal candidate will have a Professional Degree in an Engineering related field, 5-10 years of relevant working experience, and experience in facilities management or other related fields and government agencies and ministries. A Certificate in FSM is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
