Job Summary


Neuron Mobility is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Product to lead the development of our world-class product team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving product strategy and leading teams to design and ship exceptional experiences.



About the Role



  2. Collaborate with Co-Founders to define and align product vision and strategy, establishing Neuron Mobility as a global leader in the micromobility industry.
  3. Develop and manage a 3-5 year product roadmap, evaluating new categories and managing product lifecycles from concept to market.
  4. Deliver highly differentiated products that customers love to use, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  5. Work with Expansion, Markets, and Corporate Affairs to define product positioning for existing and new markets.
  6. Translate product strategy and market positioning into outcome-based product roadmaps for various product teams.
  7. Partner with Engineering and Data Science teams to deliver high-quality products to market.
  8. Establish Neuron Mobility as an innovation leader and top partner to cities worldwide, working with Communications and PR.
  9. Recruit, develop, and retain top product talent in Product Management and Product Design.
  10. Build an iterative product discovery process, enabling rapid experimentation and learning, and overseeing competitive intelligence functions.
  11. Lead by example, instilling the right product culture throughout the organization.


Requirements


The successful candidate will have:



  2. A demonstrated ability to build and structure a multidisciplinary product organization.
  3. A proven record of taking product ideas from concept to commercialization.
  4. The ability to inspire and motivate the team, driving everyone towards a common goal.
  5. An appreciation for software development processes and methodologies, with a background in IoT and embedded systems a plus.
  6. Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of financial outcomes, with experience working with remote teams a plus.
  7. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with an MBA a plus.
