Key Responsibilities

The Patient Care Associate will be responsible for:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of a Diploma or A-level qualification in any field;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues;
  • Proven experience working in a patient-facing role, preferably in a healthcare setting;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion;
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
