Compassionate Patient Advocate

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Care Specialist to join our healthcare team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized nursing care to patients, including vital sign checks, medication administration, and wound management.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' conditions and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and continuity of treatment plans.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families, offering guidance and reassurance when needed.
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and monitor patients' responses to treatment.
- Develop and implement effective interventions to alleviate symptoms such as nausea, anxiety, and bed sores.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Registration with relevant nursing boards.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
