  • Fluent English Language Skills
  • 1-2 years of Customer Service Experience in a Healthcare Setting
  • Ability to Multitask and Manage Competing Priorities
  • Computer Literacy and Proficiency in Cloud-based Software
  • At least 2 years of Working Experience in a Related Field
