Job Title: M&E Coordinator
Description:

We are seeking an experienced M&E Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for coordinating all mechanical and electrical works on site.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure that all works are completed to the highest standards and within the specified timeframe.

Your primary duties will include reviewing MEP design drawings, preparing M&E programs and submission schedules, drafting plans and detailed drawings, supervising and inspecting M&E works, and providing support and arranging necessary inspections.

To be successful in this role, you must have a degree or diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related field and at least 3 years of relevant experience in the local construction industry. You should also have good knowledge of local M&E-related standards and requirements, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Academic Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Related Fields

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 3 Years Relevant Experience in Local Construction Industry

Skills and Abilities:

  • Good Knowledge in Local M&E Related Standards & Requirements
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Familiar with AutoCad or BIM Software

Key Performance Indicators:
