**Job Description**:
Join our dynamic team as a Mechanical & Electrical Coordinator, where you'll play a crucial role in managing and coordinating all aspects of mechanical and electrical projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, where you will:

- Manage and maintain project documentation with precision.
- Create detailed AutoCAD drawings from scratch to completion.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and manage project budgets.
- Maintain detailed records and ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure work aligns with project plans and safety standards.
- Handle both commercial and residential projects, ensuring high standards are maintained across all types of projects.
- Assist with LEW (Licensed Electrical Worker) testing to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Understand client requirements and effectively communicate job scope and timelines.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure seamless project coordination.
- Ensure all work complies with the Singapore BCA Code of Practice for Electrical and Mechanical systems.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and experience in creating/modifying drawings.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Experience in project costing and budget management.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Willingness to visit job sites regularly.
- Class 3 driving license is an added advantage.
